OVERVIEW

Founded in 1964 by Gerard Cassegrain to service the local logging industry, Expressway Spares has developed into one of the world's largest used parts operations of its kind, specialising in Caterpillar equipment.

Today, Expressway Spares incorporates over 7000 square metres of covered storage and work space, and a 25 hectare machinery display and storage area. We are centrally located between Brisbane and Sydney, and serviced daily by all major freight carriers and a network of national and international freight forwarders.

Expressway Spares are major suppliers to all facets of the Earthmoving Industry including mining, general contracting and the rural sector. We have achieved this by focusing on customer service, building long-term business relationships with our customers and tailoring services to our customers’ specific needs. This flexibility allows us to cater to the many different operations found in the Earthmoving industry today.

DISMANTLING

We are constantly searching for machinery suitable for dismantling for spares. The range of machines being dismantled includes some of the earliest Caterpillar machines to current model mining machinery. If you have surplus machinery or parts that you would like to sell contact David or Geoff.

New Surplus Caterpillar Parts

These are unused genuine parts that have been procured from mines, contractors and dealers. Out of production parts can be supplied ex-stock.

Reconditioned Caterpillar Parts and Components

The range of reconditioned parts and components is ever increasing, from water pumps to engines and final drives. With all repairs carried out to O.E.M specifications.

Used Caterpillar Parts

All parts are thoroughly cleaned, inspected for re-usability and then preserved and identified before putting into stock. These parts are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
