Workshop
Expressway Spares has workshop facilities at both the Wauchope (Port Macquarie) and Mount Thorley (Hunter Valley) branches. Each workshop employs a team of highly skilled mechanics and fitters ready to take on any job, from minor servicing to zero hour rebuilds. We also have a fleet of service vehicles, equipped to tackle any challenge on site.
Facilities
The Wauchope workshop comprises the following facilities:
- Major component rebuild complex
- 2500HP dynamometer
- Fuel system rebuild facility
- Turbo rebuild facility
- Machine shed
- Sandblasting shed
- Paint shed
- Welding shed
The Mount Thorley workshop backs directly onto the Warkworth coal mine and performs maintenance, emergency breakdown service and rebuilds for a number of local clients.
